A New Transition
There are hundreds of activities we do through out our day. Every time we transition from one activity to another we can use the change of activity to remind us to awaken, experience this new moment, and be more present. The invitation is to become more conscious as we transit from one activity to another. Before beginning or while immersed in a segment of activity become present. Become aware of the feelings and sensations of your body, listen to your heart beat. Take a few deep breaths and fill the lungs completely with air, consciously inhaling and exhaling. Become aware with all your senses and presence of the moment and of the new activity you're feeling and experiencing. Use every transition as a reminder and practice to become more present. Consciousness and who we really are beyond the limiting concepts of the mind can then stream easily through us, our lives, and blossom as us. Soon we'll be present and awake for all our segments of reality. A transition, awaken!
