Cloud Nine

This is an opportunity to meditate under the clouds of a beautiful day. Next time your outdoors, and there's individual fluffy white clouds in the sky, find a spot to lie down so you can comfortably gaze upwards. We are going to track clouds and find ones that have messages for us. Find a cloud you are drawn to, and watch the cloud move, form images, and transform across the sky. Give the cloud a 100% of your attention. Watch to see if an image emerges, a message for you from the cloud. The invitation is to receive three images from the clouds above, and meditate upon the messages they are delivering to you.
