To Be

To Be
This is an invitation to practice being what you would like to see in your world. If you'd like more love in your life, be love, love more regardless if others love you back. Love will return to you. If you'd like better health, practice being healthy in body, mind, heart & spirit. Health will be yours. If you'd like peace, be peace, practice choosing peace in all situations, especially with your thoughts, instead of negativity. Peace will reign. If you'd like more friends in your life, be a better friend. Friendships will blossom. It is only our attachments and expectations that keeps us from Being all that we are inside, our authentic selves, and the change we want to see in our lives. It is a fun, simple, and empowering practice to choose to release as quickly as possible the mental burdens of our attachments and expectations in all situations, and just skip to the joy of Being who we really are. This is an opportunity to press skip in your life, transcend all your mental sufferings, and embody and BE the change.

Space For Consciousness
This is an invitation to create space for Consciousness to be present in our bodies, in our inner mental and emotional lives, in our relationships, and in all of our interactions with the world and cosmos. Allow who you really are, God-Consciousness, or Consciousness to shine light into all areas of your being. Create a space for Consciousness to be present with you, especially in areas where you chronically get stuck in mental or emotional challenges. See if you can allow Consciousness to be and slowly flow into those areas. Imagine Consciousness as your special guest of honor in this lifetime. Make space in all the segments of your day for this divine guest, Consciousness, to be with you. Share all the wonderful gifts and experiences of your life, the seemingly good and the seemingly bad, with your Guest. This is an opportunity to allow a space for Consciousness, divine intelligence, who we really are to inform and transform our lives in the most beautiful and perfect of ways.

Water is one of the foundational elements of life on Earth. It flows and transforms inside our bodies and all around us in Nature. This is an invitation to experience the element of water both on inner and outer levels, and to allow the waters in your life to be a tool, a meditation, and reminder to become more present. Feel the intelligence behind the sacred water and blood in your body. Experience and appreciate the sensations of the element of water when you take a shower, wash your hands, drink, go to the bathroom. Gratefully use these opportunities with water to call yourself from dream lands of the past or future into the here and now. Feel and listen to the element of water in the composition of trees, plants, and in creation, know life is a continual opportunity to awaken to even more majesty, mystery, magic, and beauty.

A New Transition

A New Transition
There are hundreds of activities we do through out our day. Every time we transition from one activity to another we can use the change of activity to remind us to awaken, experience this new moment, and be more present. The invitation is to become more conscious as we transit from one activity to another. Before beginning or while immersed in a segment of activity become present. Become aware of the feelings and sensations of your body, listen to your heart beat. Take a few deep breaths and fill the lungs completely with air, consciously inhaling and exhaling. Become aware with all your senses and presence of the moment and of the new activity you're feeling and experiencing. Use every transition as a reminder and practice to become more present. Consciousness and who we really are beyond the limiting concepts of the mind can then stream easily through us, our lives, and blossom as us. Soon we'll be present and awake for all our segments of reality. A transition, awaken!

Conscious Listening

Conscious Listening
A great opportunity to stay present through out the day as we interact with other people and beings is to consciously listen. What is like to be a 100% present for someone as they speak. Our minds still. Our thoughts are not trailing off into the abyss or waiting to speak or planning the future or stuck in a past event, but just listening with our whole being with all of our attention on the other person in the moment. O, and how nice it is to be heard even if you're not heard. What a nice foundation it establishes for all of our relationships. The invitation is to focus on consciously listening and being present as we proceed through the moments and stepping stones of life.

"STOP" In The Name Of Love

"STOP" In The Name Of Love

For most of us our minds are incessantly active, and eventually most of our thoughts cause us a great deal of stress and suffering. They go on and on from one beautiful or monstrous thought to the next, creating mental and emotional havoc in their wake. The mind will chase its own tail around situations and events for lifetimes if we allow it or until we awaken to the consciousness we are right this very moment. Sometimes the momentum of our conditioned thoughts, especially ones that we are very identified with, can seem like a force of it's own that is unstoppable in its desire to see our stories and life from every angle. The invitation is to command the mind to "STOP". You're the master of your mind, it is not the other way around, although our minds have had quite a run of the manor for a while. That's it, "STOP MIND", and then experience who you really are beyond your mind.

This inspiration to say "stop" to the mind was gifted to humanity in the book A Diamond In Your Pocket by Gangaji.

Feel yourself as the whole and complete being that you are. All is perfect as it is right now, it is just the way it’s suppose to be. Trust yourself and life to unfold in the most original, perfect, and beautiful ways that are best for you. What is it like to not need or want things to be any different than they are right this very moment? Take a few, full deep breaths and experience your wholeness, accept the moment as it is, and know all is perfect right now.

The invitation is to experience yourself as Pure Source Energy. Begin to slowly blend into your surroundings until you’re on the cusp of dissolving completely. Your body vanishes into the air around you. Your mind focuses on blending, merging, and becoming One with the energy behind all matter and form. You become One with your surroundings. As you practice becoming One with the energy around you, experience the vastness of who you are beyond your form and personal stories manufactured by your mind. Your body is gone and your mind is still with the attention of experiencing the Oneness and Connection with all of life . Practice and enjoy Being this Presence, Stillness, and Space.
