Max: The Crystal Skull

Max is an ancient crystal skull, one of the oldest to be found. The tools that carved Max are not recognizable, and expert gem specialists say that there is no way with modern technology that they could have carved Max without fracturing and splitting the crystal. There is a legend that there are thirteen ancient crystal skulls, many colored, and that when they are brought together again they will sing. Many who have known Max over the years say that the fogs are lifting and the crystal head of Max is becoming clearer and clearer. Perhaps signifying our own awakening and blossoming of self. The human skull is a symbol of our self. Time with Max is time with our self. Max amplifies and expands all our intentions and energies and directs them so they may serve our highest goals. I was able to spend two days with Max. I felt a lot of love coming from him. Some people were given very specific messages and guidance. Some people found healing. Some were shown beautiful visions. I felt Max blessed and activated my hands for healing work. A strong heat was experienced in my palms and forearms. I also felt each of my chakras stimulated and opened. One night, Jonathan Goldman, a sound healer, invited us all to activate the energies of Max with sound. While toning we experienced new dimensions to the healing energy of Max, and then on our second toning we intended world peace and harmony. Both tonations were powerful. That night I felt strong connections and support coming from star systems and other beings. The main message I received was to stay focused on my highest goals, especially when met by my own fierce resistances and shames of being all too human. Loving all of who I am became my mantra and delivered me so that I could be an instrument in creating a world full of peace and light; It is possible. Max is a special being. Feel free to meditate on the picture above, and if you like share your experiences with me.

Max's care-giver, Joann Parks, lives with Max in Texas. Almost every weekend she travels with Max around the country and abroad. If you are ever in Texas, you can make an appointment to see Max, or sponsor a workshop with Max in your area. Joann is an awesome lady whose adventures and history with Max are southernly woven and over flowing with divinely inspired wisdom and blessings. Joann's phone number is 713.991.4545 and her email address is maxandjoann@hotmail.com.

A Book Every Woman Should Read

What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause by Dr. John Lee, Dr. Jesse Hanley & Virginia Hopkins. They also have a book on Menopause too, but I recommend reading this book first because it has more current information and is relevent for menopausal women too. The book was first introduced to me by a woman who survived uterine cancer, an especially fatal form of cancer, by using natural progesterone. This book details the uses and applications of natural progesterone, and explains how to maintain hormonal balance in a world that encourages hormonal chaos. The use of natural progesterone has eliminated my menstrual cramping, and I feel my life is healthier and more balanced from using it. Having read the book I feel empowered on almost all aspects of my feminine health and well-being. I feel I have the knowledge and resources to maintain my health, especially my hormonal balance, throughout my life. I can't recommend this book enough. If you read this book and begin using natural progesterone please share with me your findings and experiences.

"The Happy Poem"

Here's an untitled poem written recently by my sister, Ashleigh. This is one of her rare and lovely "happy poems". The poem is special and beautiful. I hope you like it too. My sister wrote this in the span of 10 of our minutes.

I do not know what happens
to our days-
I think they're stored
like precious photos
in an album of sun rays

The nights are just too dark
to be there too-
They are locked
inside a vault
at the center of the moon

Sometimes I hope to peer
upon those moments
removed from right
or wrong
and this feeling
of aloneness

just to look
without a judgement
to see
what they all saw

the stars
that wink sometimes
the clouds
that hold the fog

it's a confidential file
it's guarded
with your life
it can't be fooled
it won't be tricked
it can't be bled
with sharpest knife

but when they come
and when they say
"you can look now
you are strong"
you'll want to cry
you'll need to scream
but instead
you'll sing a song

you'll sing
"I'm not sorry
I'm not hurt
I see pain
For what it's worth
I'm just happy
I'm so glad
I needed nothing,
I did not have."

Body Worlds 2

Body Worlds, an anatomical exhibition with over 200 plastinated real human bodies is awesome to behold if you're at all interested about the inside workings and machinations of our bodies. It is wonderful and until recently rare to be able to see the muscles and organs 3-dimensionally and frozen in various actions that illuminate us internally. Also, to be able to view organs and whole bodies that are in varying states of health and disease. Both health care professionals and lay persons alike seemed to equally enjoy this unique and fascinating glimpse under our skin. Currently, Body Worlds 2 exhibit is at the Denver Museum of Natural History & Science until July. I recommend buying tickets in advance because the showing times fill quickly. The museum website is www.dmns.org and/or visit www.bodyworlds.com.
